In-Person Premium Training Program Details:
- Focused strength training workouts, developed specifically for women. All low impact exercise, with no jumping or jarring on joints. This is a progressive results-oriented program, delivered in a supportive, hands on environment 3 times each week.
- No sharing of equipment. Each woman will have her own station with state-of-the-art equipment for the entire session.
- Maximum of 5 participants in each training group to ensure quality of service. All exercises are supervised to ensure excellence.
- Built in accountability, nutritional coaching and full support, with weekly Q&A's on zoom and messenger support via the Rodsquad app
- Select your time slot, so you'll always workout at the same time, with the same group of women. And you'll never have to go online to reserve classes in advance. Your space is guaranteed for you.
