    With lifetime access, you can start this program at any time and go at your own pace.
  2. What equipment do I need?
    All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a resistance band. The size of dumbbells depends on your strength and experience level, but 5 pounds in each hand is a good place to start. A piece of cardio equipment (i.e. treadmill or stationary bike) is a plus.
  3. What is the focus of this program?
    First and foremost, we’re focused on burning excess body fat. Our second focus is to build beautiful muscle tone and develop an hourglass shape. The workouts are strategically designed to be quick and effective, to fit into your busy life. 
  4. What if I find it boring or difficult?
