Each Tuesday for the month of July, at 1pm ET, Kate will hold a live one-hour training to walk you through your transformation. 

July 5: MOVE 

Set clear goals and develop your tailor-made fitness and nutrition plan for these 4 weeks and beyond. 

July 12: GROW

How you can evolve into the woman that's healthier, happier, fitter, stronger, and wealthier than you ever imagined possible.

July 19: VIBE 

Now that you’ve gained some momentum, you’ll learn how to grasp onto your goals and maintain motivation until you push past them.

July 26: BELIEVE

Learn how your mindset and belief system can make or break your ability to permanently maintain your health and fitness going forward.  

Can't attend live? Don't worry. Each training will be recorded for you to review at your convenience.

A Note from Kate...

As a business owner, wife, stepmom and mother of 2 toddlers, (with another new baby on the way!), I know firsthand how difficult it can be to prioritize your own goals, especially when it comes to health and fitness.
