This group exercise class is broken down into two parts: cardiovascular training and strength training. During the strength training portion of class, our trainer will guide you on how to properly and safely use free weights — medicine balls, barbells and dumbells — as well as body weight and cable cross machines to help you sculpt muscle and build strength. During the cardio portion of The Rodsquad Workout, you’ll get your heart pumping in a variety of activities, like hurdle drills, calisthenics, step ladders, spinning bikes and jump ropes.
